Food Spend Minimum Requirements:

25 people $ 500.00

25-40 people $500.00 – $800.00

40-60 people $800.00 – $1200.00

60-75 people $1200.00

75+ people $1500.00

(equal to approx. $20.00 per person)

Drinks
Bar Charges for parties are based on consumption plus an additional 20% gratuity. There are no drink
packages or drink specials available.

Refundable Deposits
Deposits are required at the time of booking. No dates/reservations will be made without a paid deposit.
$100.00 for daytime/ weekday parties
$200.00 for nighttime and/or weekend parties
^ these deposits are refundable at the time of the event. They can either be applied to the final bill or
refunded back to credit cards the next day (after the party has occurred). Refunds to credit cards timing
depends on the card companies’ policies and can take upwards of 72 business hours.
No cash will be given as a deposit refund.
Deposits will be held relinquished if the party is canceled within 5 days of reservation.
50% (of food pricing) due required 5 days before the event.

Guest Count
Host agrees to give a final head count 48 hours prior to the event. Hosts agree to a guest count of no less
than 25 people. Host agrees to pay for the final head count provided regardless of the turnout day of.
If the guest count is not finalized the original number of guests will be considered the guaranteed number
and charged accordingly.
If guest count decreases by 40% or more FatDuck reserves the right to relocate the party.

Additional Staffing:
Serving and/or Bar Staff. Additional staffing can be provided upon request and above our normal party
staffing procedures. Any additional staffing will be $25.00 per hour/ per staff member requested.

Disclaimers & Restrictions:
Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages, opened or unopened, may be brought into or removed from the
premises.

FatDuck is not responsible or liable for events or situations arising from the transport, refrigeration or
subsequent preparations of food taken off the premises by the host or a guest of the host.

It is the host’s responsibility to inquire about handicap accessibility in the reserved space if applicable to
the host’s guest, beforehand.

The host agrees to conduct the function in an orderly manner and comply with the state of Illinois, Cook
County and Forest Park’s under-age drinking and smoking ordinances as well as all other applicable laws
and regulations.

Photos, Posters, Ballons & decorations to be hung must be approved by management beforehand.
Absolutely nothing can be tapped in the vinyl tent. Any balloons brought in must be taken with at the end
of the event.

Events are strictly capped at 3 hours.
